Coolbreeze is a unionized air conditioning and refrigeration service provider for commercial and industrial customers. We operate from a corporate-owned 55,000 square foot facility on a four-acre lot 6500 Northwest Drive in Mississauga, adjacent to the Toronto International Airport.
The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art metal manufacturing machinery including three fully computerized metal cutting robots, computerized cut to length coil line, power shears, press brakes and more. Coolbreeze employs approximately 80 people ranging from sheet metal fabricators, refrigeration mechanics, welders, controls and electrical technicians.
We are one of the largest and oldest HVAC design, service and manufacturing companies in Ontario. We have been building, installing and servicing HVAC systems for over 40 years. This breadth of experience has given us tremendous insight into understanding HVAC systems and how to best maximize them for our clients.
When Coolbreeze was incorporated in 1969, our ambition was for the company to become a leading force in the HVAC service and Manufacturing Industry. To date, we are pleased to have been involved in the construction and service of some of the largest industrial and commercial buildings in North America.
The philosophy on which the company was founded is still an inherent part of Coolbreeze. A commitment to offer clients the utmost in service and quality, with an end product that is both cost-effective, efficient and energy saving.
The key to the company’s growth is our staff, some of whom have been with the company from the very beginning. They are all dedicated professionals who have invested their time, energy and knowledge to help make Coolbreeze a success.
Coolbreeze still maintains a small company philosophy of personal and timely performance. We welcome the opportunity to work with you on any project you may have.
Coolbreeze places the utmost importance on providing our customers with timely, efficient and professional service. We understand that the management of your HVAC systems is critical to your business operations and to that end Coolbreeze employs only dedicated, experienced and fully licensed HVAC technicians. It is from this commitment to provide a level of service unmatched in the industry that 95% of our workforce have remained with Coolbreeze for more than 20 years.
Borrowing from our expertise and experience from designing and manufacturing a vast array of Custom Rooftop solutions we are uniquely poised to submit innovative solutions, immediately. And conversely, it is this level of expertise that affords us the ability to “see” your equipment from a design perspective helping to diagnose affected systems quickly and accurately, leaving downtime to a minimum and ultimately extending the life of the equipment.
All of our technicians stand at the ready to serve during regular business hours and should the need arise, our 24 hour on‐call service with two‐hour response time ensures that our clients will not be left waiting due to a critical failure regardless of when it may occur.
If at some point during the term of the contract our technicians find deficiencies that fall outside the scope of the preventative maintenance agreement, recommendations will be made, in writing and proposed in a timely manner. It is our practice that we will only perform work that has been authorized via a valid purchase order.
As is the case with all of our valued clientele Coolbreeze Service Ltd., will strive to provide the highest level of professional service the industry has to offer.
This highly experienced and competent group of individuals, combined with Coolbreeze’s financial strength and manufacturing expertise make a very powerful and effective team.
Our diverse clients include: New York School Construction Authority, Orlando Corporation, Starlight Asset Management, BLJC – Canada Post, CIBC, Xerox and SNC Lavalin O&M, to name a few.
We DESIGN, INNOVATE, MANUFACTURE and SERVICE where our competitors can only service.
Dedicated management personnel equipped to meet and exceed your complex requirements, reducing the time and effort you expend in managing your mechanical systems.
Designing, building and servicing HVAC systems and rooftop units gives us unprecedented insight into our scope of work. If given the opportunity we can often help firms save money before systems are built by improving proposed designs.
To give you a specific example, during our visit to the Longo’s site at Bathurst & Rutherford, we noticed that the HVAC system had inefficiencies in the design. These inefficiencies are creating higher energy costs for the company. Our knowledge and vast experience enable us to help you prevent these problems from the beginning – before construction.
